Our Faculty The faculty of any school plays a large role in determining its academic and spiritual quality. Therefore, the faculty members of F.C.S. are selected by the Education Committee with careful consideration given to academic qualifications, moral character, and related experience. Teachers at F.C.S. must possess an O.T.C. or equivalent standing. Many of our faculty members have taken additional training or earned advanced degrees in their field. All of our teachers are dedicated Christian believers with a love for children and the Lord as well as a commitment to the cause of Christian schooling. The joy and love they bring to the classroom and extra curricular activities makes each one of them a positive role model for students to follow.
